In operations, I oversee logistics and inventory, working closely with our third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth processes and accurate invoicing in Quickbooks for both B2B and B2C clients. I also manage fulfillment to ensure our organic products reach customers nationwide promptly and in line with our high standards. My efforts are central to maintaining the operational excellence and ethical business practices that define Alpine’s sustainable values.
On the marketing side, I focus on fostering strong connections through influencer partnerships, targeted email campaigns, and efficient customer support using tools like Gorgias. Additionally, I manage Meta ad campaigns to further expand our reach.
